It's a New Year -- and I did make a few Resolutions!!

I always Resolve to live my life the best I can in many ways -- but I had to take a look at some things I was doing and figure out what I really wanted to accomplish -- a New Year's Resolution came out of that.

It is to really work on creating, in my Arts and Crafts, some Fiber Art designs that I have wanted to do -- and do with originality -- and work on them and actually get them made and presented - either for sale or for display (I don't sell everything I make).

I seem to have ideas all the time -- sometimes it is only what colors to do a pattern in -- or how I could do something in the colors and design that I want to do it in (not what someone else says -- what I visualize).

To be honest -- what I really want to do is create some things that are Unique and Aesthetic -- and Inspired by Nature, the World and Life.

Maybe some smaller things, like this:

Actually, what I want to do is make some things that will bring some brightness and joyfulness into someone's life -- through Color, Design, and/or Subject!!

If I can do this, even with only a very few people, it will make me happy.

-- And I have just Updated my "DESIGNS with FLOWERS" page with some new Fiber Art listings here on my blog!!

In these cooler days of Winter -- even with the beauty of the snow-covered mountains in the distance -- I visualize Flowers and the bright green sprouting plants in the coming of Spring!!

Guide to My Fiber Designs in Fall or Autumn Colors

Fall or Autumn Colors are a Color Palette or Theme that some people decorate in -- Goldish Yellows and Oranges and Coppery or Reddish Browns reflect the Colors of the turning leaves in the Fall Season. Purples reflect the harvested fruits of this Season, which is also Harvest!!

Personally, this is one of my favorite Color Palettes for decorating my own home - actually because of its "earthiness" - as relates to the Nature on Earth!! Some might say that my decor is "Country", as I have a lot of naturally finished woods and things in "earthy" colors, but some might say I decorate in a Fall Color Palette!!

So, I enjoy making things in these Fall Color themes and I have a variety of Designs In Fiber in both my Artfire Studio and my Etsy shop that are in these Fall or Autumn colors.

I do "HANDMADE" - for a variety of reasons!!

-- I like making the things I make - right now Crocheted and Knitted - all kind sof things!!

Most of my items are One-of-A-Kind!!

They can't be any other way, because even if I do a pattern or design a second or third time, I can't guarantee that I will have the exact same materials -- or that after I have made it, it will come out exactly the same size! Just a factor in "Hand-making"!! At least in Crocheting and Knitting, though I can do a Custom Order to specifications!

-- Besides, I like to do different patterns and designs -- for variety - for the challenge of trying something new - for the pure joy of figuring out a new design or color patterns!!

So, I decided, in the interest of making my HANDMADE Items more readily availabe to look at or find on the Internet --

-- I have now put a Link Box with the Blog Posts of "GUIDES TO MY HANDMADE FINISHED PRODUCTS" in the right-hand sidebar - the second Box.

These Guides will be current to within a couple of days. New items for a GUIDE will be added -- Items that have been Sold or Removed from an Online Shop will be taken out.

Please Remember -- if you see something and would like it done in a different Color or Size or Fiber --- or would like something similar, but somehow different, Contact Me - either PRIVATELY or through my Etsy Shop.
